Martha Stewart’s daughter, Alexis Stewart, has listed her sprawling Manhattan triplex for a staggering $53 million. This stunning West Village condo was created by merging four separate apartments over several years beginning in 2006 through 2007. The combined, original cost of all four units was $35 million.

This 9,600 square foot property has a 600 square foot wrap-around terrace, six bedrooms and six bathrooms, a library, separate office, recreation room and a free-floating staircase which connects the three floors. Each floor has its own separate entrance. In addition, there is a well-equipped chef’s kitchen (of course), there are two butler’s pantries and a walk-in refrigerator. The floor to ceiling windows offer amazing views of the Hudson River and beyond.

The building, designed by famed architect, Richard Meier, is located at 165 Charles Street. Ms Stewart is presently looking for new digs that will feature more outdoor space for her growing children.
