The Miami-Dade condo market was back on pace last week. There were 115 sales with a total sales volume of $44,548,800. The average condo sale price was $387,380.87, or $297.83 per square foot.

Miami was the top city with 47 closings for a total of $14.284 million. Miami Beach reported a sales volume of $7.822 million with 15 sales. Sunny Isles reported 9 transactions for a total of $4.886 million.

The top condo sale of the week was a unit at Bellini in Bal Harbour. This 3,820 square foot condo at 10225 Collins Ave sold for $2,600,000, or $680.63 per square foot. This property was sold by Steven Landau after an extended 559 days on the market.

The Miami Dade condo market is looking to continue its pace for the remainder of the summer.
