Miami Beach was the top city with 21 closings for a total of $20.704 million. Miami reported a sales volume of $11.844 million with 50 sales. Aventura reported 10 transactions for a total of $3.605 million.

The top condo sale of the week was a residence at Continuum in Miami Beach. This 3,335 square foot condo at 100 S Pointe Dr sold for $8,450,000, or $2,533.73 per square foot. This property was sold by Michael Duchon after 295 days on the market.

The Miami Dade condo market is looking to end the summer strong.
