The Miami-Dade condo market was up slightly last week. There were 119 sales with a total sales volume of $53,434,910.05. The average condo sale price was $449,032.86, or $320.68 per square foot.

Miami Beach was the top city with 16 closings for a total of $16.792 million. Miami reported a sales volume of $13.502 million with 47 sales. Aventura reported 18 transactions for a total of $11.694 million.

The top condo sale of the week was a residence at Murano at Portofino in Miami Beach. This 3,365 square foot condo at 1000 S pointe Dr sold for $5,000,000, or $1,485.88 per square foot. This property was sold by Lisbeth Hazoury after 113 days on the market.

The Miami Dade condo market is looking to end the summer strong.
