Miami was the top city with 74 closings for a total of $28.569 million. Miami Beach reported a sales volume of $6.063 million with 17 sales. Sunny Isles reported 9 transactions for a total of $4.076 million.
The top condo sale of the week was a residence at Bayview on exclusive Fisher Island. This 6,500 square foot home at 4911 Fisher Island Dr sold for $8,075,000, or $1,242.31 per square foot. This property was sold by Jill Eber after 248 days on the market.
The Miami Dade condo market is looking to bounce back next week.
