The Miami-Dade condo market dropped slightly last week. There were 97 sales with a total sales volume of $36,316,360. The average condo sale price was $374,395.46, or $304.35 per square foot.

Miami was the top city with 41 closings for a total of $17.430 million. Miami Beach reported a sales volume of $10.520 million with 17 sales. Aventura reported 8 transactions for a total of $2.190 million.

The top condo sale of the week was a residence at Jade Signature in Sunny Isles. This 3,986 square foot condo at 16901 Collins Ave sold for $4,000,000, or $1,003.51 per square foot. This property was sold by Sandra Chartouni after 353 days on the market.

The Miami Dade condo market is looking to get back on track for the remainder of the summer.
