Miami Beach was the top city with 24 closings for a total of $15.972 million. Miami reported a sales volume of $13.893 million with 43 sales. Fisher Island reported 2 transactions for a total of $8.700 million.

The top condo sale of the week was a residence at Palazzo Del Sol on Fisher Island. This 3,793 square foot condo at 7065 Fisher Island Dr sold for $7,300,000, or $1,924.60 per square foot. This property was sold by Dora Puig after 357 days on the market.
