The Miami-Dade condo market held steady last week. There were 120 sales with a total sales volume of $42,146,850. The average condo sale price was $351,223.75, or $276.80 per square foot.

Miami was the top city with 54 closings for a total of $14.182 million. Sunny Isles reported a sales volume of $7.438 million with 12 sales. Miami Beach reported 16 transactions for a total of $5.505 million.

The top condo sale of the week was a residence at Turnberry Ocean Colony on Sunny Isles Beach. This 3,735 square foot condo at 16051 Collins Ave sold for $3,375,000, or $903.61 per square foot. This property was sold by Diane Cohen after 94 days on the market.

The Miami Dade condo market is looking to continue its pace for the remainder of the summer.
