Miami was the top city with 70 closings for a total of $22.574 million. Miami Beach reported a sales volume of $11.600 million with 25 sales. Sunny Isles reported 7 transactions for a total of $8.817 million.

The top condo sale of the week was a residence at Il Villaggio on Miami Beach. This 2,801 square foot condo at 1455 Ocean Dr sold for $3,550,000, or $1,267.40 per square foot. This property was sold by Devin Kay after 319 days on the market.

The Miami Dade condo market is looking to continue its pace for the remainder of the summer.
