Miami was the top city with 66 closings for a total of $20.755 million. Aventura reported a sales volume of $14.577 million with 26 sales. Miami Beach reported 32 transactions for a total of $13.679 million.
The top condo sale of the week was a unit at Four Seasons Residences in Miami. This 3,861 square foot condo at 1425 Brickell Ave sold for $2,800,000, or $725.20 per square foot. This property was sold by Teresa Palacios after 733 days on the market.
