Condo sales in South Florida declined quite a bit from previous weeks with only 127 Closings totaling $80,707,505. The highest sale was unit 4702 at Residences by Armani Casa in Sunny Isles at $4,850,000. This elegant 4 bedroom, 5.5 bath plus Library/Den home was designed by Hernan Arriaga and offered fully furnished.
